Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us—Helfano, Proprietor Özgür Balaban, Johann-Appler-Straße 16, 91126 Schwabach, Deutschland, Telephone: +49 173 9989331, E-mail: info@helfano.de —of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount. This amount corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal for services
In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires if Helfano has fully performed the service, provided that performance began only after the consumer had given their express consent for Helfano to start performance before the end of the withdrawal period and had acknowledged that they would lose their right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract.
Declaration regarding the premature commencement of services
I expressly request that Helfano begin the commissioned service before the end of the fourteen-day withdrawal period. I am aware that, in the event of withdrawal, I may be liable to pay compensation for the value of the services provided up to the time of withdrawal. I am also aware that my right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance of the contract, provided the statutory requirements are met.
